Scholarships & Young Entrepreneurs Competitions
As part of the aims and objectives of the Society, namely;
- to encourage the progress and furtherance of the agricultural industry, rural enterprise and diversification
- to advance and develop the progression of young farmers by providing scholarships to assist in education.
We offer the following opportunities to young people working and learning in agriculture, including diversification projects on farms from within the Staffordshire area.
Young Entrepreneurs Competition
Staffordshire & Birmingham Agricultural Society are pleased to open their “Young Entrepreneurs Competition” for 2025, which will be for a “Young Achiever in a Farming Enterprise”
Scholarships
Staffordshire & Birmingham Agricultural Society Higher Education Scholarships of £1500 will be awarded annually by the Staffordshire & Birmingham Agricultural Society; the number awarded being dependant upon demand and available funding.
