As a result of the growing popularity of the Staffordshire County Show we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance to avoid having to queue at the ticket offices.

ADMISSION PRICES

CARERS – ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE

We are pleased to offer a FREE Carer Ticket for visitors who need additional support – up to and including 24th May 2026 via our online ticketing provider.  This concession is only available by applying in advance online and will NOT be available on physical ticket purchases, phone purchases or on-the-day sales.

Please upload your proof of carer status.  Relevant documents can be in the form of;

• Middle or Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance – DLA (care and/or mobility)
• Personal Independence Payment
• Evidence of registration as severely sight impaired (blind)
• Medical summary of additional needs from a GP or clinician
• Access Card / DID / CredAbility Card / Nimbus Card

Important information

Normally, we provide one Carer/PA ticket per disabled customer.  If your Access Card or supporting evidence states that more are required, we will accommodate this – please contact claire@staffscountyshowground.co.uk.

There must be at least one paying adult ticket in the booking for a Carer/PA ticket to be issued.

Complimentary Carer/PA tickets do not cover optional extras (parking, etc.).

We do not issue Carer/PA tickets for temporary conditions (e.g. broken limbs).

Parents/guardians of under-16s are not entitled to a Carer/PA ticket as they are required for entry. If your child has additional needs requiring an extra Carer/PA beyond parental responsibility, please follow the steps above for the additional carer attending with you.

The Carer/PA must be 18 or over, able and willing to carry out all duties of support, including in emergencies.  A discounted carer ticket is provided on the expectation that your carer is willing and able to assist you throughout your visit and will be available to help you in the event of an evacuation.

Tickets will only be available to download once the documentation has been checked, please note that this may take up to 3 working days.
