Venue Hire
Below you will find full details of the various exhibition halls that we have available to hire. There are four main exhibition Halls, Bingley Hall, The Prestwood Centre, Argyle Centre and Sandylands Centre as well as The Margaret Everton Pavilion.

Conference, Banqueting & Weddings
The Member’s Pavilion complex is an outstanding venue for conferences, car launches, corporate hospitality, trade fairs, dinners and weddings. Set in a rural landscape, the Pavilion offers four suites. All the suites in the Member’s Pavilion are purpose built, to offer the most attractive and practical surroundings for your event. To appreciate the versatility of this complex, it simply must be seen.
Grandstand Seating and Outdoor Facilities
A 600-seat grandstand with seven upstairs hospitality/conference suites overlooking the main ring offer a versatile space for all sorts of events. In addition to the main ring there are also three other fenced arenas.
Free Parking
The Showground is proud to offer free parking to all our visitors. Ample car parking is available on the main Showground with approximately 4000 parking spaces. The Weston and Stafford car parks have an additional 23 acres of parking space with the main over flow car park offering a further 20 acres.
Catering
We have a restaurant, café, and shop for visitors as well as numerous other catering options for hirers.
Equipment Hire
An excellent range of equipment is available for hire directly from Staffordshire County Showground or you are welcome to source and bring in anything that you require from a reputable supplier of your choice.
WiFi / CCTV / Generators
Complementary ‘public’ Wi-Fi is available . Customisable services are available to Event Organisers on request.
A network of 42 CCTV cameras covers most outdoor areas of the Showground.
Emergency generators will automatically restore power to the entire site in the event of mains failure.
Accessibility
There is step free access to all exhibition Halls, conference, and banqueting facilities.
